BUCS 25 and Varsity 2017 Riders!

With only days to go until Cambridge hosts the BUCS 25 mile time trial, and within it the Varsity race against Oxford, it’s time to announce who will be donning the light blue.
The time trial will take place over two laps of a 12.5 mile local circuit near Bottisham. 47 female and 113 male students from all over the country are entered to race, including a huge five women and twelve men from Cambridge, which shows just how strong the club is this year! In no particular order, our riders are:

Congratulations to Edmund J Bradbury!

Congratulations to former CUCC president Edmund J Bradbury on signing for UCI Continental squad NFTO Pro Cycling Team for the 2015 season, after a highly successful year racing for Cambridge University RT under the guidance of coach Mark Holt. We wish Ed all the best for the coming months and look forward to watching him compete in some of the biggest national and international races on the cycling calendar.

With more than 160 excited freshers signing up to receive more information about CUCC at this week’s Freshers’ Fair, the club has a promising Michaelmas term ahead. We are looking forward to seeing how Cambridge’s new arrivals perform at our Freshers’ Time Trial on Saturday.
